Professor Juan Javier Pescador, Department of History, Michigan State University, will give a multimedia presentation which examines the history and transformation of the Day of the Dead celebration, from its origins in Ancient Mexico to the present day in the U.S. and dispels some of the myths surrounding the festivity.
