In Summer 2009 the Inner Asian and Uralic National Resource Center (IAUNRC) at Indiana University is offering a bridge course from Turkish to Azerbaijani.
The seven-day course is taught prior to the Summer Workshop in Slavic, East European, and Central Asian Languages (SWSEEL), an eight-week intensive language program. It will allow students who have at least introductory knowledge of Turkish to enroll in intermediate-level Azerbaijani for the following eight weeks (June 19-August 14, 2009).

The bridge course is taught in conjunction with SWSEEL. In order to be admitted to the bridge course you must be admitted to the summer intermediate Azerbaijani program. Apply to SWSEEL at: www.indiana.edu/~iuslavic/swseel/
The Turkish bridge course is a free of charge, no-credit supplement to the intermediate Azerbaijani course.
