The Chinese Affairs Association of the Hong Kong Baptist University will host a conference on "Civil Society and New Ethics in Modern Buddhist Discourses: Reflections of Master Shengyan." The conference papers will deal mainly with the late Master Shengyan of the Dharma Drum Mountain in Taiwan. We welcome papers and abstracts from scholars.
Speakers include Professors Jingyin (HKU), Guangxing (HKU), Xueyu (CUHK), Barry Steben (CUHK), Andres Tang (HKBTS), William Yau-nang Ng (HKBU) and others from Hong Kong and Taiwan.
