IssueLab, an online archive and disseminator of nonprofit research, is currently compiling a collection of research and data-based resources (such as fact sheets, issue briefs, toolkits, etc) on the controversial topic of sexuality education for its April/May CloseUp. We hope to aggregate a comprehensive collection that offers all perspectives, countering the inevitable partisan suspicions that surrounds any work and discussion around this topic. Nonprofit researchers are able to examine facets of community interaction with unique insight, depth, and authenticity that government research or for-profit firms might not be able to achieve. IssueLab is crafting this collection because their research should not go unseen.
This collection will include, but is not limited to, research on the following topics:
Adolescent sexual behaviors and trends
Abstinence-only education
Comprehensive Sex Education
STI/STD Prevention Education
Sexuality Education Programs' Evaluations and Case Studies
