This conference is a cross-disciplinary forum designed to provide graduate and professional students of color the opportunity to present their original work to a community of peers, colleagues, and faculty.
CONFERENCE IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Keynote speaker: Dr. Farah Jasmine Griffin,, Professor of English and Comparative Literature and African America Studies at Columbia University. Dr. Griffin is revered for her work on Jazz, African American literature and Black Women’s History. Dr. Griffin currently serves as the Director of the Institute for Research and African American Studies.
Academic Panel Topic: How Students of Color can be competitive in this economic time. Participants:
