The Society of Arab & Islamic Studies (SAIS) at the University of Exeter (UK) cordially extends this invitation to all academics and professionals with particular interest in the Republic of Yemen to take part in the semi-annual Panel Series beginning 4 June 2009.
The Yemen Panel Series will involve a series of interdisciplinary panel discussions organized by SAIS to encourage student researchers from around the world to present their work to an academic audience. In addition, we will reach out to a number of Academic Journals in order to encourage publications of the proceedings.
Deadline to submit 300 word abstract
by student researchers (only) is 10 April 2009.
Program announcement 1 May 2009.
This event is open to the public. Please RSVP by 18 May 2009.
