Yad Vashem offers a new semester of online courses in Holocaust history, pedagogy, and commemoration. Registration to the only comprehensive curriculum on the Holocaust available over the Internet is open now at: http://www1.yadvashem.org/education/av/mail1212.html
Course materials are drawn from Yad Vashem’s scholarly archives and resources. Lessons are taught by staff of the International School for Holocaust Studies using Yad Vashem's unique approach to Holocaust education.
Participants study from home or office at their own flexible pace. All lessons, reading materials, assignments and evaluations are exchanged via the online course platform. A certificate is awarded each student who successfully completes a course.
Each course consists of ten lessons. Courses average four months in duration. Offerings include:

*The “Final Solution of the Jewish Problem”
*Prewar Jewish Life
*Commemoration and Remembrance
*Pedagogical Course for Teachers: “Life Lessons – Bringing
Holocaust History to Your Classroom”

Yad Vashem online courses provide: vital preparation for summer seminars at Yad Vashem or other academic centers;
