Professors Pauli Kettunen (University of Helsinki), Klaus Petersen (University of Southern Denmark) and Chris Lloyd (The University of New England, Australia & University if Helsinki) are on behalf of the Nordic Centre of Excellence The Nordic Welfare State – Historical Foundations and Future Challenges (NCoE NordWel) organizing a session at the upcoming World Economic History Congress (http://www.wehc2009.org/) in Utrecht 3-7 August 2009.
