This panel seeks scholars who want to introduce new perspectives on the civil rights movement. If you are doing innovative work on the civil rights movement and would like to present it at the American Historians Association Conference in San Diego, CA from January 7-10, 2010, please email me a paper abstract of no more than 300 words and a copy of your vita.
