The Centre for Research in History and Theory is pleased to announce a one-day workshop on 'Public Histories Past and Present,' taking place at Roehampton University, London on 28 February 2009.
Leading scholars from history, cultural studies and heritage will discuss the question of how historians attempt - now and in the past - to fulfill a public role and we kindly invite you to attend this event and contribute to the debate.
