Including Children: Celebrating 10 years of the Institute for the African Child

The Institute for the African Child at Ohio University would like to invite you to participate in the Including Children: Celebrating 10 years of the Institute for the African Child conference, March 12-14, 2009. The deadline for submissions, in the form of a 200 word abstract, is December 16, 2008. Presenters will be notified if their paper has been accepted by January 22, 2009. Online registration and the call for papers is available at www.afrchild.ohio.edu.

The conference will open at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12 with an evening reception. Friday March 13-Saturday, March 14 will feature sessions, a student poster session and an NGO information fair. The conference will conclude with a performance by the African Children's Choir on the evening of Saturday, March 14.
