The 2009 Northern Great Plains History Conference will be held 14-17
October in St. Cloud, MN. The Society for Military History sponsors a
full slate of sessions at the NGPHC and will host a luncheon and have
other activities. Individual proposals and session proposals are
welcome. For individuals, send a one-page proposal and short c.v. (only
c.v. if volunteering to chair/comment). For sessions, send one-page
session proposal, one-page proposals for each paper, and short c.v.s for
all participants. This year, we will award a new graduate student prize,
"The Society for Military History - Cantigny First Division Foundation
and Museum Prize for the Best Paper in Military HIstory by a Graduate
Student at the Northern Great Plains History Conference," valued at
$400.
