Humanities and Technology Review (HTR) is the journal of the Humanities and Technology Association (HTA). HTR is published annually in the fall, and it offers a publication outlet for interdisciplinary articles on a broad range of themes addressing the interface between the humanities and technology.

In the Fall 2009 edition of HTR we would like to address the HTA Spring Conference theme: Technology, Democracy, and Citizenship. Taking a broad approach, we are looking for articles that bring insight to the important albeit complicated and intricate relationships among technology, democracy, and citizenship.
