Through this conference the Consortium aims to offer:
• The opportunity to engage in conversation with researchers, academics,
policy-makers and practitioners about the challenges of transition across
all educational sectors.
• A forum for discussing possibilities for enriching partnerships across all educational sectors in Ireland
• Presentations by well-known researchers in primary, secondary, tertiary education and lifelong learning.
