The Institute of Caribbean Studies, of the University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras, announces the Round Table “St. Croix Secession Movement in the U.S. Virgin Islands”, with the participation of Drs. Lomarsh Roopnarine (Univ. of the Virgin Islands, St. Croix); Dale Mathews Creque (Inst. of Caribbean Studies and Graduate School of Business, UPR-RP) and Ángel Israel Rivera (Dept. of Political Science, UPR-RP). The activity will be held on Friday, October 10, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. in REB Rm 238, Faculty of the Social Sciences.
