The Institute of Caribbean Studies, of the University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras, announces the lecture “Indo-Caribbean Indenture: Resistance and Accommodation” by Dr. Lomarsh Roopnarine, of the University of the Virgin Islands. St. Croix. The lecture will be commented by Dr. Jorge Giovannetti Torres, Department of Sociology y Anthropology, of the Social Sciences Faculty, UPR-RP.
