Call for Contributors:
HUMAN SECURITY DEVELOPMENT IN EAST ASIA - Issues and Challenges
I am currently soliciting chapter proposals for an edited book volume on "Human Security Development in East Asia: Issues and Challenges". Contributors who are well versed in human security issues particularly in the East Asian region (covering North and Southeast Asia) are invited to participate in this book project.
It will include both top and bottom up processes and focus on issues covered under the seven categories of UNDP-defined "human security". I am particularly interested in proposals on international marriage and migration, transnational/organized crimes, poverty, health and diseases, survival of traditional cultures, and environment. Certainly, other topics are welcome too.
Please send an abstract of about 400 words of your proposed topic and a brief professional C.V. to the email address indicated below.
