Reviews of Richard Wright books for The Southern Quarterly

The Editors of The Southern Quarterly seek qualified scholars to review two remaining books in the centennial edition of the works of Richard Wright recently brought out by Harper Perennial, for a special issue honoring the centennial of Wright's birth. The books are Black Boy and Black Power. The reviews should be 2,000 to 2,500 words, and can address textual and editorial issues, reception history, or any other pertinent topics.
