The Southwest/Texas Popular Culture Association invites panels and individual papers examining atomic culture for its annual conference to be held at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico, February 25-28, 2009.

Possible areas of consideration include, but are by no means limited to:
