The International Institute of Public Policy and Management (INPUMA) University of Malaya will be organising a conference on Improving Higher Educational Institutions: Empowering Future Generations from 25-26 February 2009 at the Hilton Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
The Conference seeks to advance the socio-economic capital and infrastructure of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) with higher education forming one of the prerequisite foundations of human capital engineering as well as scientific and technological progress.
The organisers invite outstanding and dedicated scholars from various disciplines to submit papers that fall within the six themes identified below:
1) Leadership; 2) Financial Planning; 3) Research and Development; 4) Human Capital Development; 5) Academic Excellence; and 6) Synergising Universities.
This programme has been designed to target senior officials of tertiary institutions in OIC member nations.
