Eligibility:
Books by Canadian citizens, or permanent residents of Canada; written on subjects with Jewish themes or with significant Jewish content; published between
January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008.
Award Categories:
Fiction; Scholarship on a Jewish Subject; Biography/Memoir; History; Children’s or Young Adult Literature; Poetry; Holocaust-themed; Yiddish,Translation from Yiddish, or Yiddish-themed.
Submission:
Three copies of each book must be submitted and received by Jan. 20, 2009. Earlier submission appreciated. Send submissions, together with complete mailing addresses for authors and publishers (including name of publisher’s
