The Institute of Justice & International Studies University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, MO USA.
This international academic conference will examine policy, practice, legal, and theoretical issues concerning the interaction between crime and popular culture. Conference papers are anticipated to represent many academic disciplines. Paper topics may involve any number of themes involving crime, criminal justice, social control and the following: Music. Literature, Film, Television, Internet, Print Media, Internet News, Print News, Televised News, Video Games. We anticipate the focus of the conference papers to engage in issues of policy, practice, legal, theory, or behavioral science.
