Call for Papers – Refugees and Human Rights in Latin America - Submissions for 2009.
Looking for participants interested in presenting a paper on a variety of issues relating to refugees/human rights; including but not limited to peacekeeping, genocide, torture, human trafficking, drug trafficking, massive displacement of peoples, border crime, and the roles of Latin American host governments' in dealing with such crisis.
