Álvarez, of EducArea. Dr. Pedro Rivera, professor of the Social Sciences Department, UPR-Bayamón, and Dr. José Raúl Perales, of the Latin American Program del Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Washington, D.C, will serve as commentators.
