Dear Professionals,
It gives me immense pleasure to inform you all that Icfai University Press shall soon launch ‘The Icfai University Journal of Library & Information Studies'.
We wish to launch the Icfai University Journal of Library & Information Studies as a platform for the library & information practitioners, working with various Academic, Public, Special Libraries and KM units, LIS Faculty and Policy makers and others concerned with the growth of the Library & Information Systems & Services, to articulate their research findings, their vision about this information and knowledge-intensive discipline, their expositions and propositions meant for bettering the management of new lines of research and through it disseminate the cutting edge knowledge among the academia and information industry.
In this Peer-reviewed Journal, we wish to publish original scientific papers, literature reviews and professional papers, as well as short reviews of the new books and e-resources and forthcoming meetings and workshops and training programs in the fields of:
1.Library Management
2.Information and Knowledge Organization
3. User studies
4. Technology-enabled Information and Reference Services
5. Information Literacy
6. Information and Knowledge Society

Note: Articles reviewed and approved by the panel of experts are accepted for publication.
