Authors needed for reference series volumes on women’s lives today
International and national focus with broad individual regional volumes (e.g., on Middle Eastern women, South American women) as well as on American ethnic groups (e.g., Asian American women, Latinas). There is a series format to follow, with narrative topical chapters (e.g., Work Day; Dating, Marriage, Family, and Friendship) aimed at a general audience.
70,000 words with firm manuscript due date of 14 to 16 months.
Authors must have Ph.D. and/or be independent scholars who are subject specialists and proven producers of pertinent book-length publications. Co-authoring is fine but these are not contributor volumes. Please send CV for consideration with international region or U.S. ethnic group expertise stated. Replies and further information provided to qualified candidates. This is an ongoing call for authors until needed volumes are all signed. Thank you.
