EUP Journals Online will provide free online access to the African Journal of International and Comparative Law for qualifying educational and not-for-profit institutions in Africa. The journal will henceforth be available free of charge, in electronic format, to libraries and non-profit research and educational institutions in Africa. This is in addition to the existing free online access to Africa: Journal of the International African Institute, for qualifying institutions.
The African Journal of International and Comparative Law provides invaluable refereed material in both international and comparative law on a pan-African basis. It includes articles on public or private international law, either in English or French, as well as a section on recent developments relevant to the continent. The eminent Editorial Board continues as previously, with members from international institutions in Geneva and from universities in Africa, the UK and the US.
