Papers and book chapters solicited for edited volume on political Islam

We are currently editing an academic handbook/reference source/basic volume that portrays the general characteristics of political Islamist movements or the evolution of political Islam worldwide, but exclusively targeting the Turkish readers (that is, published in Turkish). The intended volume is to cover a variety of geographic regions ranging from Southeast Asia to Africa, with each chapter focusing on a specific country/region. Given the nature of this project, a synopsis of a country would be around 3500-4000 words (or longer, if a text already exists), and with proper academic citations. While we are soliciting for works/contributors on any relevant region/country, contributions on lesser known regions and/or countries to the Turkish audience, including Africa (e.g. Senegal, Mali, Comoros), South/Southeast Asia (e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei) or Central Asia (Afghanistan, Tajikistan) are particularly welcome.
