Ritualized worship represents the main group-practice of organized religions. Drawing from Martin Buber's Dialogical Philosophy and some aspects of Zen liturgical practices, we will explore non-theological models of liturgy. We will review and explore the concept and practice of liturgy as differentiated from the concept and practice of ritualized-worship and other cultic religious rites. The workshop includes lectures and practicums in various forms of non-theological liturgical practices. The workshop starts at 10:30 AM (NY time) and ends at 3:00 PM. Tuition is $120.00. Materials and luncheon are included. For more information and registration forms please contact us at hune@MartinBuberInstitute.org, 914-439-7731. http://MBIDE.blogspot.com
