The event will cover topics that include the philosophy and purpose of the Advanced Placement Program (AP), establishing and enhancing an AP World History course, a review of the multiple choice and free-response sections of the AP Exam and the related scoring guidelines, an examination of resources for teaching an AP course and effective instructional practices and strategies.
