The aim of the 3rd ILLC 2008 is to provide a platform for educators, institutions and interested parties to discuss and highlight the needs and concomitant changes that need to be made in order that we may address the realities of a changing world and prepare learners to meet these changes.

Contributions are welcomed in the form of paper presentations (30 minutes), workshops (60 minutes) and poster sessions (30 minutes). English and Bahasa Malaysia are the official languages at the conference. Other languages may be used with prior approval of the organiser.

The deadline for proposals is: 1 August 2008

Proposals should include a title and abstract (maximum 250 words) and be accompanied by brief bio with full contact details of the author(s).
