Seeking panelists for AHA 2009

I am trying to put together a panel on Medical Innovation as Technology for the 2009 AHA meeting in NYC. My paper will be on the impact of smallpox on military tactics during the American Revolution, and how the use of inoculation to prevent the disease protected the Continental Army. Papers on any similar topic welcome - time period, geographical location are open.
I need two additional panelists to present, as well as a commentator and moderator. My deadline to submit is May 15th.
