The public is invited to attend eight presentations that highlight current archaeological research by New England archaeologists. The presentations are co-sponsored by the Archaeological Society of Connecticut and the Massachusetts Archaeological Society, and are hosted by the Connecticut State Museum of Natural History and Connecticut Archaeology Center at UConn. Dr. Nicholas Bellantoni, Connecticut State Archaeologist, will be one of the presenters. The meeting will provide a rare opportunity to meet professional archaeologists and learn about their work. Museum members and all other individuals interested in archaeology are invited to attend the lecture presentations.
