GET A HEAD START ON COURSEWORK BEFORE THE FALL SEMESTER! The History Department at Michigan State University is offering online courses that start both May 12 and July 7, 2008. You do not need to be a Michigan State University Student to take Michigan State University online history courses. You can take lower division and upper division courses online from anywhere in the world. All you need is sustainable access to the internet (and a DSL or faster connection). Taking history courses online over the summer allows you to make progress on your degree while not being forced to stay in any location. You can complete survey courses in U.S. and World historycourses over the summer, freeing you to take more advanced courses during the fall and spring terms, or you can take a more specialized 300 level course in popular topics including sports history, the Civil War, The Renaissance and Reformation, and the History of Michigan. For a complete listing of all courses offered, their times, requirements, and how to register, please visit our website at http://matrix.msu.edu/hst/oc/
