Given the nature of civilization and its multifarious aspects, the conference will deliberate on the role of different worldviews and their impact on the future of human civilization.
The main objectives of this conference are: to explore the theoretical and methodological framework for studying the relationship between worldview and civilization and to share views and perceptions of the different worldviews and their the role in solving human problems and shaping the future of human civilization.
Among the conference topics are ‘Worldviews and ecological problems,’ ‘the role of worldviews in the future of identities, cultures and traditions,’ and ‘he role of the Islamic worldview in shaping the future of human civilization.’
Deadline for Abstract Submission is May 30, 2008.
