The Schusterman Center for Israel Studies at Brandeis University is holding its inaugural conference entitled "Visions & Visionaries: Imagining Israel at Sixty" on April 6, 2008. This conference will be held from 1:30 - 6:00 pm in the Sachar International Center at Brandeis University.
This conference will be pertinent to those interested in Judaica history, the Middle East, Genocide, Political Science, and Social Science.
The event is free and open to the public, however you must register before attending by going to: go.brandeis.edu/visions.
Speakers include, Jehuda Reinharz, S. Ilan Troen, Ruth Gavison, Hillel Halkin, David Makovsky, and Shlomo Avineri.
