The conference will explore topics of global capitalism, law, economics, and the intersection of these disciplines in contemporary political, social and business issues. In keeping with the IUC’s stated goal of expanding the frontiers of conventional legal and finance education, those submissions of an interdisciplinary character are particularly welcome. Likewise, papers exploring contemporary legal education as it relates to the above themes are strongly encouraged. Theoretical papers exploring finance, law and development, and law and economics will be presented by several IUC faculty.
