Tbilisi - February 4, 2008 - The Journal is a peer-reviewed multi-disciplinary scientific journal committed to publish scientific/academic papers in legal and social sciences, economics, history, humanities, linguistics and literature, engineering, mathematics. It is an open access journal which will allow people to read new scientific papers free of charge immediately after they are published on the web. The Journal strives to be inclusive in scope, addressing topics and issues of significance to scholars and practitioners concerned with diverse aspects of related area.

The Journal publishes research employing a variety of methods and approaches, including (but not limited to) survey research, experimental designs, case studies, ethnographic observations and interviews, grounded theory, phenomenology, historical investigations, and narrative inquiry as well as articles that address theoretical and philosophical issues pertinent to relevant research area.

The Journal aims to stimulate a problem-oriented, critical approach to research and practice, with an increasing emphasis on inter-disciplinary and international perspectives. The audience includes researchers, students, and practitioners of many orientations including teachers, faculty members, trainers, facilitators, resource persons, organizational developers, community organizers, and policy designers. The readership of the Journal is international in scope, with a representation in university libraries.

If you want to serve as a reviewer for the journal please write to journal@ibsu.edu.ge indicating your review area along with your CV. Criteria for reviewer are proficiency in English language, PhD degree at least. Reviewing is considered to be on volunteering base.
