You are invited to submit a provisional title and one paragraph abstract by 1 May 2008. We are hopeful of finding a publisher for the workshop papers, so would ask you to propose a topic that is not already published (or promised for publication).

There will be a registration fee of $50 CDN to help cover administrative costs, refreshments and a workshop dinner. Participants are expected to pay for their own transport and accommodation
