The Northwestern University Black Graduate Student Association would like to invite all students to submit their work at our 12th Annual Graduate and Professional Student Research Conference. The conference will be held on the Evanston Campus of Northwestern University on Friday, April 11 and Saturday, April 12, 2008. This conference is a cross-disciplinary forum designed to provide graduate and professional students of color the opportunity to present their original work to a community of peers, colleagues, and faculty. We strongly encourage students at all stages of their research to participate.
The main goal of the conference is to highlight the research of talented Northwestern students and those from other colleges and universities. Through oral presentations and workshops, we seek to enhance the academic, personal, and professional development of our communities. We encourage you to participate as we continue to build community and create an intellectual legacy among students of color in the region.
