Proposals accepted until March 1st for the 11th Annual Jerry Malloy Negro League Conference, July 25-27, 2008 Willowbrook, Il. The theme of this year's conference is "Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Bronze Classic."
Papers can include all topics related to the Annual East-West Classic, the North-South Game, the players chosen, the managers, highlights, record breaking performances, etc… Papers are encouraged from all disciplines.
Proposals for individual papers should include an abstract of no more than 350 words, and brief curriculum vitae with contact information. Graduate students are encouraged to submit proposals.
