The Centre for Women’s Studies and Gender Research at Monash University celebrates its 21 Anniversary in 2008 with a Public Lecture by Robyn Wiegman, Professor of Women’s Studies and Literature at Duke University.
Professor Wiegman will be speaking on ‘The Progress of Gender’. Her talk examines current attachments to ‘gender’ as both an analytic category and field name for contemporary feminist scholarly investments.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
