Proposals for papers and panels are invited for an innovative conference that will examine the creative and cooperative roles that national governments, international organizations, and NGO's can play in addressing the crucial economic, environmental, and social problems in age of globalization.
Deadline for proposals: February 8, 2008
(please limit proposals to 250 words: e-mail submissions are preferred)
Proposals are especially welcome in the following areas: prospects for international cooperation, human rights (national perspectives, international alliances), women and development, freedom of information in the digital era, the global health care crisis, energy options, and environmental and conservation strategies.
