APORDE is a fully-funded, competitive 2-week training programme offering high-level exposure to critical thinking on development issues. It is intended for academics and policy makers from Africa, Asia and Latin America, and is inspired by CAPORDE. Lecturers will feature HJ Chang, A Amsden, M Aglietta, T Mkandawire etc
