H-HRE is now soliciting applications for the position of Web Editor. The
Web Editor will manage, edit, and update H-HRE's website
(http://www.h-net.org/~hre/), keep its teaching, research, language, and
other pages current (and stylish!), and, along with the other editors,
develop new web-based content of use to scholars of the Holy Roman Empire.
The Web Editor should also make sure that H-HRE keeps up with current
technology (such as RSS feeds and blogs).

H-HRE's Web Editor needs to have the following additional qualifications:

* A scholarship field relevant to the history of the HRE
* The ability to send and receive email regularly and reliably
* The ability to upload web pages regularly and reliably
* A good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
* About 2 hours a week free to spend on the website
* Working knowledge of German would also be helpful
