NEH Landmarks of American History and Culture Workshop--"Eudora Welty's Secret Sharer: The Outside World and the Writer's Imagination." To be held at Millsaps College and the Eudora Welty House, Jackson, MS, July 6-11, 20-25, 2008. These projects are designed principally for classroom teachers in public, private, parochial, and charter schools, as well as home schooling parents. Other K-12 school personnel, including administrators, substitute teachers, classroom paraprofessionals, and librarians, are eligible to participate, subject to available space. Selected participants will receive a $500 stipend and a travel supplement.
