The Art of Japanese Swords, Sunday, October 21st Noon - 5 PM
Spend an afternoon exploring the unique and ancient art form of the Japanese sword. Learn about the history of the Japanese sword, as well as, how they were used and the processes practiced to create them. Discover why the Japanese sword is considered an art form and see how it's Japanese traditions and values have been preserved in modern times. Throughout the day, special lectures and displays on Japanese swords will take place. This program was made possible by the Investors Savings Bank Charitable Foundation.
