Jeffrey Toobin is a senior legal analyst for CNN and staff writer at The New Yorker, where he covers legal affairs. He is the author of The Nine: Inside the Secret World of the Supreme Court. Margot Adler is a National Public Radio correspondent and the host of NPR’s "Justice Talking," a weekly one-hour show that takes an in-depth look at cases that come before our nation’s courts and go to the heart of what it means to live in a democracy.
