This is a reminder about the approaching October 15, 2007, proposal deadline for the graduate student conference "Photographic Proofs," organized by the Photographic Memory Workshop and the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library at Yale. The conference will take place April 4-5, 2008 at Yale University. The schedule of events opens on Friday afternoon with a workshop at the Beinecke Library and an opening keynote talk by John Tagg, Professor of Comparative Literature and Art History at Binghamton University. Saturday will include panels of graduate student presentations, followed by a closing keynote talk by professional photographer Marion Belanger.
