Design and Consumer Culture in Post War America

Award-winning author Regina Blaszczyk will examine how creative industries imagine their consumers and then design products that meet their customers' aesthetic expectations. Guided tours of the exhibit "Raymond Loewy: Designs for a Consumer Culture" will be offered. Lecture and exhibit at the National Heritage Museum, Lexington, MA on Sunday October 21, 2007.
